Had a general question and ended up talking for about an hour. What a great guy, very helpful and a wealth of great knowledge he is. What i love the most is that he is a straight shooter and tells it how it is, he doesnt try to take advantage of you just to get business. Very honest person and definitely someone i would recommend to anyone and go back to for all of my future needs.

I was literally at a dead end with my 95136 (2005 edition) plasma cutter since its nearing the end of 2021. the Control Transformer had overheated and was smoking. could not even find the spec about it even with the manual. George was very knowledgeable and had to go through some oldddd boxes I'm sure to find one cleaning out his shop. Ended up have one and was very reasonable with price, and shipping was only a couple of days. Will be keeping him in mind for anything else that might arise with it!
I highly recommend him!

I heard about George from the Internet and contacted him. Once I spoke with him over a phone call, I felt good about sending him my machine. I found him to be a very straight forward guy and very knowledgeable. However, that's only the tip of the iceberg. George provided outstanding service and the most expeditious service one could hope for. He had a lot of tips to give on plasma cutters that was very useful and appreciated. His prices are very reasonable. Thank you George for the added touch of explaining everything to me. I also found a good Ebay store for trusted consumables. Thanks very much.

My HF plasma cutter had quit cutting and I was trying to get it repaired. I checked into 4 welding repair services and everyone of them had no interest in even looking at it. I reached out to HF for help and was told that it was a circuit issue according to their senior tech. But they dont carry the parts to fix it. That’s when I found George on a forum posts. With in 10 minuets he was able to identify the problem (not a circuit issue) and walked me through the fix. He also provided me great information on how to perform regular maintenance, use the cutter and different tips, as well as what to look out for when buying consumables. George - You have earned my business going forward. Thanks for your help.

I called George and he was so helpful in finding me the correct drag, shielded, extended shielded tips for my ipt-60 torch. His knowledge of plasma cutters was so helpful he gave me feedback about extending the life of the tips and the unit.

I went to buy a plasma cutter he had on craigs list he showed me that then he showed me a more modern machine that I bought + some consumeables . What a great guy , he steered me in the right direction,and every time I use it I'm happy he did. I'd recommend him to anyone . Ernie York!
