So here I was in middle of nowhere Michigan with an early 1890's plasma cutter weighing about 100 lbs (too heavy to ship) that quit working. I'd seen mechanic416 on welding web and gave George a call. We talked over the problems and he gave me some tests and suggestions. Checked things and after finding the fault was able to do a circuit bypass that solved the problem. Works great now. Thanks George; Bill.

I found George's plasma cutter repair on the web, I had a free afternoon the other day and took a 1-1/2 hour ride to see if my Older Harbor Freight unit was salvageable. Another customer was in front of me, while standing there listening It became apparent I had come to the right person !!!! George popped the cover off my unit and asked me a few questions, with nothing more than a small jumper wire he determined it to be a faulty circuit board, being an older unit new circuit boards are no longer available but he repairs them and had several on the shelf. Anyone who knows the complexities of a circuit board how many diodes, resistors, relays and other items associated with a circuit board will understand how difficult it is to diagnose one, let alone have the knowledge and ability to repair one !!!! My unit works perfectly now and the cost was extremely reasonable. George was a wealth of information on my unit on the correct use and maintenance. His selection of original and upgrade parts was impressive. He was Very friendly and Total pleasure to speak with, as if we had been fiends for many years. Anyone wishing to have quality repair or service would be absolutely foolish to waste there time with any other repair shop !!!! Thank You George for your prompt and quality service !!!!!!!!!!!!! I found George's website on Google search while looking for someone with knowledge of plasma cutters. I'm interested in purchasing a plasma cutter for my husband for Christmas but have no personal knowledge of the tool. I called George, told him my husband would be using the tool on the farm/ranch with rusty equipment and that it would need to cut a certain depth of metal. Without hesitation George started to tell me what would be needed to provide proper operation of the tool and which ones fit the needs of my description. He was very helpful and made everything very easy to understand even though I knew nothing about the tool. He never tried to sell me anything or push me to a certain brand. Very professional and non bias! He told me " all the plasma cutters and the different brands, whether high or low price tags, work as long as you use them for the jobs they are made for." I recommend everyone with any questions of weld equipment to contact George! He made me feel very comfortable and he is very personable! Thanks George for your time! I'm excited to get my husbands plasma cutter purchased for his Christmas gift and with your help I'm confident he will be pleasantly surprised with the tool that I chose! Thanks a million!

Found out about George's shop on a welding forum, and called him with a question about some metal fabrication I needed done. He said no problem, and to come on over. Went yesterday, met George, a very personable and capable guy, and he did the mods to my tractor hitch. While there, I watched him repair an old plasma cutter for a guy who drove up from Baltimore, and did it while he waited. George explained what was wrong, installed a new part, tested it, and got them on their was in about a hald hour. He knows what he's doing. Great place for repairs, custom fab, and consumables. Thanks George!

A friend gave me an older Harbor Freight plasma cutter that had stopped working. After some internet surfing I luckily stumbled upon George through a post on a welding site. I purchased his $50 phone/email support package. Worth every penny. Got me going quickly and gave me a bunch of valuable info about this particular cutter. You can't go wrong with this guy. Thanks George!

Just got off the phone with George I called him to see if he knew what might be wrong with my cutter and he took time out To walk me through what might be wrong with it I guess I'm old-school but people now Days don't want to fix anything just throw it away and buy a new one he's just got my business I'll buy all my consumables from him thank you again

I found George via a google search I did trying to find parts for a plasma cutter I own. His info came up in a blog he had posted on, so I gave him a call for some help with a plasma cutter I had been having trouble with. Not only was he knowledgeable about my particular unit, but, after shipping it to him, he had it fixed and working better than ever within a day and it was back in my shop, like new in the same week. If you have problems with your metal fab equipment, this is the guy you want to fix it. Thanks George!

As a newbie to plasma cutters George was a great help w/ some education on what I had ( Harbor Freight ) and what the common problems were, Fixed my rig & sent it back very quick, happy to Biz w/ George again.

I had an issue with an old cebora plasma cutter. Here in middle TN there is not much I could find in the way of support. Through a series of several phone calls and emails in which George dropped what he was doing to educate me and helped cross reference parts, he then made me a great deal on a replacement/upgraded torch for my plasma and now it works better than ever. It's such a pleasure to speak with someone who is passionate about what they do and not just interested in extracting as many pennies as possible from you with the least amount of effort. Thanks again George your are a blessing and an asset to this community.
